Terms of use

These terms are for using this software: the registration portal, the Games management system and the pages that go with them. USPC (United States Performance Center) provides the software to the organizers of the Games, who use it to run their Games.

They cover the use of the software only. Taking part in the Games is governed by the Games’ own rules, commitments and consents, which these terms neither replace nor change.

An account is for the person it was made for. Keep its password to yourself: you answer for what is entered and changed under your account. Tell the organizers at once if you think someone else has used it.

Enter other people’s details only if you are authorized to enter them for your team, and only once you have told them that their details are given to the organizers of the Games, as the privacy notice describes.

Enter a child’s details only once their parent or guardian has agreed, where the law of the child’s country or of the host country asks for it.

Do not try to open what your account does not open, to get in the way of the software or of anyone’s use of it, to collect from it with automated tools, or to put into it anything unlawful, harmful or not yours to give.

The software is provided as it is. USPC and the organizers work to keep it available and correct, but cannot promise that it always will be. Neither is liable for loss caused by the software being unavailable or by an error in it, except where the law does not allow that liability to be limited. Keep your own copy of what you submit.

The organizers may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is no longer needed.

These terms may change. When they do, you are asked to accept them again the next time you sign in.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of the United States in which USPC has its principal office, whose courts hear any dispute about them, unless the law of the user’s own country gives the user the right to go to its courts.

These terms are written in English and translated. The English text governs.

Questions about these terms go to the organizers.
